Stopping squirrels from eating at the bird feeder

SmartHomeUSA.com : The SquirrelScatter squirrel proof bird feeder senses the weight of an unwanted visitor, and begins to slowly spin your feeder. It actually teaches the squirrel to forage elsewhere! www.SmartHomeUSA.com (type SQRTSCTR in the search box. Also see the SQRSTP for a complete feeder that harmlessly shocks instead of spins) see SmartHomeUSA.com for tons of other humane & smart animal control products.

Hust grease the pole with crisco and oil. The squirrels won’t even make it to your feeder.

  2. RhondaCat says:

I want one! I’ve had to avoid any type of birdfeeders this year due to squirrels and hornets.

  3. DeCrypedMonkey says:

    wonder if they get dizzy?

  4. ckyguy5 says:

    a pellet gun works better

  5. bloodsuckern says:

    best fucking invention ever ..

  6. ryaske says:

Yup, go to smarthomeusa and type this in the search box:

    SQRTSCTR-001

That is the shock treatment version of this. It is not as visually appealing when working tho, so you wont find many youtube videos of it.

  7. ryaske says:

Battery powered, to be more specific

  8. TheNilvarg says:

What a retarded invention. You need something that electrocutes them when they climb up the pole.

  9. zacdrury says:

or get a ruger 10/22 with a 30 round mag

  10. Tick782 says:

    been there done that…

  11. dasgemuse says:

    it is electric

  12. kdc43 says:

weight of the birds are too light to make it spin so it stays still……HEAVIER weight of the squirrel makes it spin so they get off.

  13. 20RoyalSuperKing says:

Cunning idea! weight of rodent uncoils twisted elastic combo, or screw with return spring, like idea cheers

  14. Txman1996 says:

Yeah, for a whopping 2 cents a piece you can feed them some 22 LR and permanently fix the problem!

  15. gnarvids says:

or you can just kill the squirrels.

  16. ryaske says:

hahah. best comment in a while. Thanks~!

  17. vblogrsRLzrs says:

wouldnt it be alot more fun to equip that thing with a 1hp motor and spin it at more like 200rpm? Everyone thinks flying squirrels are cool.

  18. ankimo1 says:

Squirrels are determined. If they keep making the feeder spin, how are the birds supposed to eat at all?

  19. Taliegirl says:

    very good idea!!

  20. ryaske says:

i noticed you said you WOULD be happy with them. That means you haven’t had them right? If so .. trust me, they 1) eat all your bird food in a matter of hours. 2) Scare the innocent birds away! and 3) make a mess!!

  21. Nikoslol says:

I’d just be happy with squirrels on my bird feeder lol, they’re cute. :3

  22. MyWildlifeVideos says:

Electrocuting squirrels? How bizarre! It’s easier to put a squirrel baffle on the pole, which prevents the squirrels from climbing up. Like the birds, they are simply hungry. better hope your friends don’t see your solution. One of them might wire your refrigerator door so you can’t sneak any food–

  23. darkheartgothrabbit says:

lmao. your birds dont take shit.
    XD that hillarious.

  24. 69OatMeal69 says:

well i dont need anything like that
my birds around my feeder dont take shit from squirls
one time a squirl got on top of the feeder and a was fighting the birds off
then a blue bird slammed his ass right off it was sweet
moral of the story dont mess with blue birds

  25. Pikapoo1 says:

    Omg, thats awesome.
