Customer Satisfaction is always our goal. Marlon Birds as well as the manufacturers we represent, stand behind all of our products. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it within 15 days and we will exchange it or refund the purchase price. Personalized or customized items are not returnable unless there is damage or a defect in which case we will provide a replacement of the item.
 
Shipping costs for all returns are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that packages be returned to us by UPS or FedEx or any other carrier that can track and insure its packages.

Please be sure to wrap your returns in the original packaging or equivalent material for safe shipping.
 
IMPORTANT RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Call us toll-free at 1-888-962-7566 or email us at:
Returns@MarlonBirds.com for your Return Authorization Number,(RA#).

2. Wrap the items securely in the original packaging or the equivalent. Be sure to write the RA# on the outside of the package.

3. Use the carrier of your choice to return the package. Be sure that the carrier you choose can track and insure your package.
 
***REMINDER: BEFORE RETURNING ANY ITEMS PLEASE CALL OR EMAIL FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. MAKE SURE TO AFFIX THE RA# TO THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE. ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT AN RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#), DAMAGED, OR MORE THAN 15 DAYS AFTER THE RA# WAS ISSUED OR IN EXCESS OF THE 15 DAYS MAY BE REFUSED.
