What is the best way to attract birds to a bird feeder?

   Put the feeder in or by a tree and make sure it’s filled with food.

   Make sure there is bird seed in it, then make sure it’s not at a location on the porch where there is a lot of traffic coming and going. That will keep them away. It should be at a level they can feel safe eating at.

   Fill it with quality bird seed for the birds in your region. Put it out where they can find it. You should have lots of birds. We even put some on the ground because some of the birds in our region are “ground feeders”.

   Put some water there too. Birds are always looking for and always find water. When they come down for the water they will find the seed.
