How to hang a bird feeder off a tree branch I can’t reach?

There is a tree branch perfect to hang a bird feeder from. However, it is too high for me to reach to erect or to refill. I am wondering if there is some kind of light-duty pulley or hoist I could use to put over the tree branch and raise and lower the bird feeder.

    you should use a ladder

Just get some rope, then tie it to the feeder. Drape it over the tree branch, the pull it up there. Get a stake with a loop at the end, and tie the rope to it.
